Kirsten Dehmer - Founder
My name is Kirsten and I'm a real estate investor. What does that mean? Put simply, it means that I buy homes from people who are finding it difficult to manage their mortgage or who have come into a property through unexpected circumstances and just don't want to deal with it. My goal is to help people move into a new phase of life without foreclosing or adding stress to their plate. In the end, I really hope to help us both move forward in a direction that's mutually beneficial.
Upon your invitation, I'll take a look at your property, chat with you about our options and see if we can find a plan that works for both of us. If we come to an agreement, myself of one of my partners will move forward with purchasing your house. We will pay cash - no realtor, no closing costs or hidden fees, no secrets. If selling to me isn't the right fit, and if you'd like, I'll make suggestions to try and help move you into the right direction.

A little more...
I grew up in the NW Suburbs of Minneapolis- in St. Michael actually. It is in this area and the surrounding cities that I look to purchase and invest in homes. I love this neck of the woods.
When I'm not researching houses, I homeschool my two kids, walk my dog, read lots of books and spend time in my garden.

Who is Jennie Wren?
In short, she was my great-grandma. An immigrant from Norway, she came to America with a little cash in her pocket, the hardest working hands I've ever known and a dream of the good life. She raised her family & worked as a baker at Donaldson's in downtown Minneapolis before women often worked outside of the home. She dressed fashionably and loved her family viciously. She threw a mean dinner party and I hope to be a fraction of who she was when all is said and done.
